Buyer purchases

Tech Suggest does not currently process buyer payments. When you sign up for a software product, the contract — including any refund terms — is directly between you and the vendor. Please review the vendor's own refund policy on their website before purchasing.

Vendor subscriptions

Vendors who subscribe to premium listing or lead-routing plans may request a pro-rata refund within 7 days of payment if no leads have been delivered. Write to support@techsuggest.in with your account ID and reason; we respond within 3 business days.

Disputes

If a vendor refuses to honour their stated refund terms, please report it to support@techsuggest.in. We will investigate and may suspend the vendor's listing while the dispute is resolved.
